The Basics

Deposit & payments: $750.00 deposit is due at booking. The deposit holds your date and is a damage deposit for your event. Included is a $150.00 set-up/clean-up fee that is non-refundable. The rest of your deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your event if no damage has occurred. The owners will contact you within 24 hours if damage to the Manor, its equipment, or its grounds has occurred.


The Tiki Hut Bar at French Creek Manor offers complete alcohol services including beers, wines and cocktails. For a HOSTED bar (client supplies wine and/or beer), clients must obtain a banquet permit from the Washington State Liquor Board (Available online at The permit must be posted on the day of the event. There is a 4 hour minimum of $300, each additional hour is $75 to a maximum of 5 hours. Fee includes ice, basic glassware and cocktail napkins. Specialty glassware such as champagne flutes are extra.

Note: Bottled or can beers only. Kegs are not allowed.

For a NO-host or CASH bar, or a combination of hosted/no-host bar options, please inquire with our beverage manager.

Please note: Guests must be of legal age to consume alcohol. As per Washington State laws and statutes, our staff cannot serve a person who appears intoxicated.

What’s Included

Dishes, flatware, plastic beverage glasses and mugs are provided. Linens and stemware can be provided for an additional fee.

Non-alcoholic beverages

Punch, lemonade, iced tea and sodas are an extra fee at $1.50 per person.
